We are a Toronto-based team of dental industry veterans, AI engineers, and healthcare privacy experts — on a mission to make sure no Ontario dental patient ever reaches voicemail again.
Our Story
Born out of a Mississauga dental practice
In 2021, our co-founder Priya was managing a busy three-chair dental practice in Mississauga. Every evening, she would come in to find a queue of voicemails — patients who had called after hours, couldn't get through during the day, or simply gave up and booked somewhere else.
She knew the problem wasn't the team. It was the tools. Dental practices were still relying on phone trees and answering machines while patients expected instant, helpful responses at any hour.
Together with voice AI engineer Jawad Siddiqui — bringing 15 years of voice technology and CX expertise — she built the first version of DialogBot: a voice AI that could answer patient calls naturally, handle bookings, and triage emergencies. The results were immediate: missed calls dropped by over 60% in the first month.
Today, DialogBot serves 300+ dental practices across Ontario — and we are just getting started.
DialogBot was founded after our CEO spent a year watching a busy Mississauga dental practice lose 20+ patient calls per week to voicemail.
Launched with 10 pilot practices across the GTA. Average missed call rate dropped by 58% in the first 90 days.
Launched automated recall campaigns and direct integrations with Dentrix, Eaglesoft, and Jane App — the most-used practice management tools in Ontario.
Crossed 100 active dental practices across Ontario, from solo practitioners in Barrie to multi-location groups in the GTA.
Launched bilingual EN/FR support and expanded to serve practices across all of Ontario. Over 1.2 million patient calls handled.
